Iowana Beach Resort Availability and Reservation Information
Since our availability information changes so rapidly, we do not provide that information on this site. Instead, please call our Toll Free Reservations Number: 1-877-665-2311 for availability and to reserve your cabin or fill out our Cabin Availability Form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, we ask that you send in our Reservation Form along with the deposit listed per cabin per week. Your deposit may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or money order. All credit cards will be charged the deposit fee at the time of making the reservation and will be subject to a 3% convenience charge. We will hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of our telephone conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach us. If the deposit is not received within that time, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. Please list the names of all persons staying in the cabin on the Reservation Form.
Deposit Policy: A $200 deposit per cabin per week is required to secure your reservation. Two or more cabins require additional deposits.
Additional Persons Charge: Base Rates include the number of people as stated for each cabin's base occupancy. An additional person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number up to the maximum capacity. The Additional Person Charge is $25/night or $100/week for everyone ages 4 and up.
Visitor Policy: Visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay a $10 per person per day fee. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors.
Pet Policy: Pets allowed in cabins 1-4 only.
If you would like to bring your pet, it must be leashed, cleaned up
after, and never left alone in the cabin.
We require a fee of $15/day or $75/ week per pet. You are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet.
Sales Tax: All rentals are subject to 6.88% sales tax.
Cancellation of spring/summer and fall reservations must be received 90 days before your arrival date to be fully refunded. If less than 90 days notice is given, your deposit will be returned only if we are able to re-book your entire stay less a $50.00 service charge. You are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation if you do not show, fail to cancel, or leave early.
Notice of Winter cancellation must be received no later than 21 days prior to your arrival for full deposit refund. If notice of cancellation is given under 21 days of your arrival date your deposit will not be refundable.
No jet-skis allowed.

PLEASE - DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. We need until 3 p.m. to get the resort properly cleaned and maintained on Saturdays! A full day rental fee will be assessed on any early arrivals. Thank you for your consideration!

Late Departures: Late departures will be subject to a full day rental fee.
- All cabins are equipped with charcoal grills.
- All cabins have microwaves, automatic coffeemakers and all appliances and housewares.
- All bed linens are provided, extras are available.
- Towels are NOT provided.
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover, with a 3% Conv. charge, Personal Checks and Money Orders Accepted.
Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
